WATER WELLNESS TECHNIQUES – with a Tyent Water Ionizer

Below are my water wellness techniques, which I incorporate every morning before I walk out the door to work!

  1. Brewing my coffee with Alkaline water gives my coffee a rich flavor. The tiny hydrogen molecules in the water are small and penetrate the coffee grounds to boost flavor!
  2. I fill my stainless steel Tyent water bottles with Alkaline water for my morning workouts. Drinking this Alkaline water while exercising promotes a faster recovery time because of the molecular hydrogen.
  3. Adding Alkaline water into my protein smoothie makes for a smooth blend! The tiny hydrogen molecules infused in the water help the powder blend easily. No more clumpy protein shakes are a definite WIN!
  4. I fill up my stainless steel Tyent water bottles and take them to work to stay hydrated throughout the workday. There are several theories as to how much water to drink per day. It can be based on several factors like exercise, the environment/weather, one’s overall health, and conditions (like diarrhea or breastfeeding are two reasons that might require more fluids to rehydrate). Here is what I try to remember: Water is essential for every cell, tissue, and organ in my body. I can control part of my wellness by staying properly hydrated. If I feel parched, then I am already dehydrated and need water like a wilted flower!

I love my Tyent Water Ionizer and believe in the powerful health benefits that drinking Ionized water may provide. “Ionized water acts as a potent antioxidant, and due to its high alkaline pH value, it improves the oxygenation of the body. Drinking alkaline ionized water equips your system with disease-fighting ability and an enriched oxygen supply, which enables your body to maintain balance, function properly, and generally remain in a state of good health. Notably, antioxidants and adequate oxygen levels also go a long way in preventing cancer, as cancerous cells thrive in oxygen-deficient environments where they can roam unchecked.” Johnson B, MD, DO, NMD, (2011).
